Most Italian Grigio is grown in the north of Italy. This zesty, fresh number is grown on chalky, limestone soils at the other end of the country, in Sicily. It’s still dry and crisp, but has a juicier, friendlier palate. Organically grown, it’s fermented at cool temperatures to preserve it’s lifted fruit aromatics.
