Scout Riesling 2019
This Riesling is DRY. There, we got that off our chests. It’s citrusy and floral, with chalky acidity and worth getting excited about. Sarah at Scout has years of experience with Riesling legends Jim Barry in the Clare Valley and Wittmann in Germany. Made from old vine Waipara fruit, fermented over 3 months and then aged in old oak for 12 months, the thought and care taken is very evident.
