The red vermouth takes a richer, spicier direction, built on barrel-aged Pinot Noir with a mix of Central Otago botanicals. Ripe cherry and red berry flavours meet notes of orange peel, rosehip and warming spice, with hints of native horopito adding an extra layer of character. Rounded and full of flavour, it’s great over ice or as the backbone of a classic Negroni.
