Striking Blanc de Blanc produced from the celebrated Grand Cru vineyards of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Aromas of lemon curd, pear, brioche and white flowers lead into a crystalline palate marked by chalky minerality and a subtle saline finish. With low dosage and extended lees ageing, Composition #7 captures the tension, elegance and longevity that define great Mesnil Chardonnay.

Champagne Paul Launois is one of the newer grower Champagne houses, founded by Julien and Sarah Launois. The family's roots in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger stretch back several generations, historically as growers, selling fruit to the local cooperative. In 2013 the couple acquired a former Billecart-Salmon winery, and began bottling under their own label in 2013. Their terroir-driven wines express the chalk-rich soils of Mesnil with precision and minerality. They gained full organic certification in 2024.
