Organised Chaos Gamay Noir 2020
At By The Bottle, we harp on about this kinda wine a lot…. Light, bright reds that can be served slightly chilled. Gamay, the main grape variety of Beaujolais in France, is very well suited to being made in this style. Locally, there’s no better example than this red-fruited, crunchy number.
Hayden Penny of Organised Chaos does a lovely job of summing up what he’s all about, so we think that’s best left in his words:
‘We work with growers that share my passion and respect for the land, the Organised Chaos wines are a fresh, vibrant, and textural expression of a modern day Hawke’s Bay’
