Dan Brennan of Decibel explores the region of Hawkes Bay with a diverse range of wines. From fun and quaffy, to serious and structured, he successfully highlights the different varieties and wine styles that the Bay is capable of producing. Having tasted with excitiment in the US what New Zeaalnd was capable of producing, he moved here to make wine in 2007. With some wines already Biogro certified, he's working towards his full production being organic.
