Chateau Les Croisille Le Croizillon Cahors Malbec 2020

$34.00

If you love the dense, fruit forward nature of Malbec, but don’t want the bucket of tannin that often comes along with it, then have a hoon on this. It’s a fresher, lighter expression of the variety known for it’s dark, inky colour. Cahors is a region to the south east of Bordeaux in France, and is historically the home of Malbec. Fruit for this wine is sourced from 3 estate vineyards and given a short period of carbonic maceration in stainless steel and concrete tanks.

Bernard and Cécile Croisille planted their vineyards in the early 1980s and have their 2 sons Germain and Simon running the estate with them today. They are certified both organic and biodynamic.
