Introducing Isle of Harris The Hearach, the first legal whisky from the Isle of Harris. Distilled in 2015-2016 and matured in bourbon, fino, and oloroso casks, it offers tropical fruit aromas with a light ash smoke. The palate is creamy and smooth with notes of licorice, peach, and subtle smoke, while the finish brings forth barley, a touch of light salty peat, and hints of habanero chili warmth.
