It's like they've bottled the golden weather of Heretaunga, and this is all the better for a few years of age. A generous, fruitful and supple skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc, it's finishes with juicy freshness. It's produced from the certified organic Osawa Vineyard fruit, that was hand harvested and fermented on skins for 10 days.
Amy and Olly Hopkinson-Styles met while Amy was winemaking in Spain, and Olly was writing for Decanter Magazine in London. They were drawn back to New Zealand with Hawkes Bay in mind as a great place to make wine and bring up sprogs.
