This delicious off-dry to medium style has citrusy freshness, vibrancy and a quenching, tonicy finish. Estate grown fruit from 5 Riesling blocks on clay and limestone soils was hand harvested, pressed and fermented in stainless steel.
Greystone was established by the Thomas family, who planted on the limestone clay soils of Omihi Hills in North Canterbury in 2004. Winemaker Dom Maxwell, viticulturalist Mike Saunders and their team have a serious focus on organic and regenerative farming.
