Etsu is the Japanese Gin distilled on the island of Hokkaido at the Asahikawa Distillery. The use of natural spring water from Taisetsu Mountains, along with uniquely Japanese botanicals such as tea leaves, sansho pepper and yuzu are handcrafted to create a gin which is unique and incredibly moorish.
