Like the traditional stone huts it's named after, Les Cadoles is dependable, welcoming and one of those wines that delivers year after year. Made from Gamay, it bursts with juicy cherry, redcurrant and plum flavours, backed by lively acidity and soft tannins. Light on its feet, it's just as happy with a cheese board as it is with a roast chicken.

The Piron family have been grape-growers in Morgon, Beaujolais since the 16th century, with generations of experience rooted in the region's vineyards. After taking over the family’s 10-hectare estate, Dominique Piron founded Maison Piron in 1988, allowing him to expand production while continuing to champion the character and quality of Beaujolais. Over the years, he has played an important role in the region’s resurgence, helping to raise the profile of Beaujolais through careful vineyard work and a commitment to producing expressive, terroir-driven wines.
