Made from 90% Tibouren and 10% Grenache, this is an iconic Provence rosé with real depth and character. Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts, it spends 12 months ageing sous-voile in century-old oak foudres. This traditional method adds texture and complexity, with ripe citrus, wild strawberry and warming spice, balanced by fresh acidity and a subtle saline edge. Honestly, it doesn’t get much better than this.
Based in coastal Provence, Clos Cibonne is one of the region’s most revered producers, with a history stretching back more than 200 years. They’re best known for championing Tibouren, a traditional Provençal grape that almost disappeared from the region but now sits at the heart of their wines. The estate has been farming organically since the 2020 vintage, bringing a thoughtful approach to the vineyards while continuing to produce wines with real character, depth and ageing potential.
