Cardrona Distillery have cemented themselves as a force to be reckoned, not only here in New Zealand but on the International stage. Producing some of the most exquisite handcrafted single malt whisky the country has to offer, it's crafted from the pure alpine water from the heart of Mount Cardrona. A must visit if you ever get down to Wanaka. In the meantime, we'll use this to whip up a G&T to just sip on and pretend we're there.
