Enamoured with the Wrekin Vineyard, she crafts distinct single-vineyard, single-varietal wines that epitomise their origins. Balancing vineyard and cellar work, Ashleigh's approach involves sourcing fruit from certified organic vineyards, handpicked grapes, wild fermentation, and minimal sulphites at bottling. The result is unfined, unfiltered wines that authentically express time and place.
