Starlight Highway is Altitude Brewing’s take on an export stout, delivering plenty of flavour without becoming overly heavy. Expect layers of roasted malt, dark chocolate and freshly brewed coffee, balanced by a gentle bitterness and a surprisingly smooth finish. 

Altitude Brewing was founded in Queenstown in 2016 and has built a reputation for producing modern beers inspired by the landscapes and lifestyle of the Southern Lakes. While hop-forward styles remain a big part of the range, the brewery’s approach is rooted in balance and drinkability. Beyond the core range, there’s usually an exciting collaboration or limited release around the corner, making Altitude a brewery well worth keeping tabs on.
