Vibrant, dry Riesling made in the ancestral method, this captures what we love about Pét Nat - energy, freshness and a certain juicy immediacy. With flavours of lime zest, green apple, and a touch of fresh herbs, the palate is bright and gently creamy, with fine bubbles and mouthwatering acidity. 

Certified organic fruit from Terrace Edge Vineyard in Waipara was gently direct pressed and fermented dry in large format, neutral oak. Settled and stabilised over the winter, it was bottled in the spring with the addition of frozen juice to reach 13 g/l residual sugar before fermenting again to dryness in bottle.
