This deliciously savoury gin is produced in the volcanic Eifel region of Germany, crafted and made from local ingredients. 

Founded by two locals who love gin and dogs (Windspiel is German for greyhound) this gin is unique in character with botanicals that include juniper berries, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, lavender blossoms and lemon peel.

Despite the high alcohol content, Windspiel is well balanced and smooth on the palate. Pair with a dry tonic and a little citrus.
