Papa Salt Gin is designed with the best of Australian botanicals creating a smooth and flavourful
gin. Flavours of mineral salinity seamed with pink peppercorns and citrus peels makes the gin
versatile with a soda, tonic or even in a martini. The gin transports you to a warm sunny day by a
beach with the water and sand between your toes representing the best of summer days.

Papa Salt Gin is developed by five gin loving friends who wished to develop a spirit that
represented Byron Bay in Australia. The spirit is created by the couple Margot Robbie & Tom
Ackelery along with best friends Josey Mcnarama, Regan & Charlie Maas.
