Bizzarro Bitter Aperitivo 700ml
Bizzarro is an all natural bitter aperitivo made by the Adelaide winemaker darling Con-Greg Grigoriou (Delinquente Wine Co.) and his sister Kayla Grigoriou (Needle and Pin Spirits).
Organic skin contact vermentino is used as the base wine, along with organically grown oranges, lemons and other traditional aperitivo ingredients such as rhubarb and gentian root creates this aperitivo to take on the mass produced Aperol and Campari brands.
A good splash of bizzarro with some left over bubbles and soda over ice is the perfect way to ease into your saturday afternoon. Or a splash of this in your morning OJ will allow you to get back to the conquering heights of the night before on those big weekends.
