Certified organic and matured exclusively in new American oak barrels, this Speyside single malt from Benromach was the first whisky to be officially certified organic in the UK. It’s rich but not overbearing, with notes of vanilla, a touch of citrus, and gentle spice. 

Benromach is a small but fiercely independent distillery in Forres, founded in 1898 and revived by Gordon & MacPhail a century later. When production resumed in 1998, they set out to make whisky the old-school way by hand and on a small scale, with a clear nod to Speyside's pre-industrial traditions. That means floor-malted barley, direct-fired stills, and just a wisp of peat smoke for depth and balance. The result is whisky with character, structure, and a strong sense of place.
