Toned down and elegant Rosé. This has charming fragrant fruit, cherry and a little watermelon, with a whisper of dried herbs and spice. It’s dry with a quenching, crisp firmness on the finish. Fruit is sourced every year from the same parcel of Pinot Noir grown in the Brancott Valley. 

Rachel and William Hoare of Novum have an incredible depth of winemaking experience in Marlborough (and further abroad with the likes of Domaine des Comtes Lafon in Burgundy). This experience is beautifully displayed in their sophisticated wines produced from small, organic Marlborough vineyards. Small in quantity, high in quality, Rachel and William look to “guide (rather than force) the fruit through the winemaking process.”
