Bright, crunchy and characterful Syrah Rosé. It's dry but textural on the palate, finishing with a peppery spice. 

Having been enamoured with Hawke's Bay on a visit from the States, the Koopman family decided to move to the region, and planted vines at their Pakipaki property in 2005. Since then, Pieter Koopman has cemented himself as one of the go-to winemakers in the region. They’re guided by organic and biodynamic practices in the vineyard. With daughter Annabelle, and her Belgium partner Bart now on board, as well as classically framed styles, they're released playful, alternative takes on estate grown, organic Syrah.
