We’re producing some outstanding fizz in this country, and this is no exception. It’s bone dry, citrusy with creamy texture and a refreshing finish. Made from hand picked, whole bunch pressed Chardonnay, it’s a sophisticated glass of bubbles and provides excellent bang for buck.

Alpha Domus was established by the Ham family in 1989 in Hawkes Bay’s Bridge Pa Triangle. Their 20 hectare estate is now fully certified organic. Winemaking is in the hands of Barry Riwai, who has worked extensively in Hawkes Bay for over 20 years.
