Cask Martin is a rich, fruit-forward New Zealand single malt made from 100% NZ-grown barley and matured in an ex-NZ Pinot Noir cask. It’s unsmoked and full of malt biscuit, sultana and orange zest flavours, with dark chocolate adding a deeper, slightly bittersweet edge.
