Tuscan red that really delivers, this is forward and immediate, without being simple. The fruit is all dark cherries and plum, with some licoricey, spicy notes there too. It’s medium bodied, with excellent structure, length and freshness. True to Tuscany, Sangiovese is the predominant variety, with a little Syrah and Merlot blended in. 

Tenuta Moraia is a certified organic estate of 60 hectares of vines planted across a 160 hectare property. It’s part of the Piccini Family wine group and is based in Maremma on Tuscany’s Mediterranean coast. It’s one of more dynamic and modern wine growing regions, with a mix of classic Italian and international varieties grown on clay, sand and sandstone soils.
