Holy moly this is delicious Chardonnay. It's gives plenty, but not too much. There's stonefruit aromatics, texture and savouriness, but the freshness you'd expect from Central Otago, keeping it all nicely composed. Fruit is sourced from Bendigo and Pisa. It's fermented with natural yeasts and goes through full malolactic fermentation.
