The single vineyard of Kiedricher Turmberg is designated in Germany as an Erste Lage (premier cru vineyard), and for good reason. Its south-southwest facing position boasts warm temperatures, long exposure and good wind protection, allowing for a long hang time.

Established in 1875 in the town of Kiedrich, Rheingau, Robert Weil has become one of Germany’s most celebrated estates. That distinctive pale blue label is spotted a mile off by wine lovers the world over. Now in the hands of 4th generation Wilhelm Weil, quality is still at the fore. Their 90 hectares of organically farmed vineyards are situated on steep, rocky, south-facing slopes, sheltered from cold northerly winds by the Taurus mountains.
