Produced by Recaredo in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, right in the heart of the Penedès region where traditional method sparkling wine has deep roots. This is a family-run estate that has long worked exclusively with estate-grown fruit, farming organically and biodynamically across their vineyards. Known for long lees ageing, hand riddling and a strict Brut Nature philosophy, the focus here is on precision, site expression and sparkling wines that lean more towards structure and mineral detail than fruit or dosage.
