One of the most well known French aperitifs. Famous for being one of the main components in 007's Vesper Martini along with being the nightly tipple of the pyscho serial killer Hannibal Lector. If that's not enough reason to make Lillet a staple on your bar then it's versatility in making spritzers and White Negroni's should be. 

Lillet is an aromatised aperitif that blends Sauvignon blanc and Semillon grapes grown in Bordeaux with brandy, citrus and herbs. The palate has notes of oranges with a hint of bitterness.
