Aged in Oloroso sherry casks for a decade, this Highland single malt layers dried fruit, honey, and spice over a creamy palate, finishing with a touch of cocoa. Smooth while being big of flavour.
Edradour is said to be Scotland’s smallest traditional distillery, perched in the Highlands above Pitlochry. With just two stills, they make in a year what the big boys churn out before morning tea. That’s the charm though, tiny batches, plenty of personality, and no mistaking it for anything but the real deal. Small in scale, big in character.
