A benchmark in French vermouth, Dolin are one of the last remaining, independent producers in Vermouth de Chambéry, a region awarded AOC certification in 1932. They still produce their Vermouth using traditional methods and fresh ingredients from within the region. No artificial products are added. 

The Dolin Rouge Vermouth is aromatic and has a mild sweetness with savoury notes of dried herbs, balsamic, citrus peel, dried fig, tobacco and ginger. It's floral notes and mild sweetness make it a great addition to a Negroni or Manhattan.
