Central Otago producers can’t make Chardonnay fast enough, and on tasting this we can see why. It has subtle oak use, supple texture, but it’s the freshness that kept us coming back for another mouthful.
The Dicey brothers and their parents have been a part of Bannockburn’s landscape for some time now. From their 3 vineyards in this celebrated subregion of Central Otago they produce textural and lively expressions of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chenin Blanc and Gamay. At times it might be dicey wine growing in the harsh conditions of Central Otago, but the quality here is anything but dicey.
