A bright, early drinking Central Otago style of Pinot. It may be approachable, but it's not without serious - there's some lovely firmness in the structure. Estate grown, organic fruit from 9 parcels was fermented with 29% whole bunches, and aged in seasoned oak for 8 months.
Carrick is the full shebang in our books; wines produced from single-site, certified organic vineyards in one of the most beautiful wine growing regions in the world. Based in Bannockburn, Central Otago, winemaker Rosie Menzies and viticulturist Damon Lovell head up the production of excellent Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and of course Pinot Noir.
