Made in the heart of the South Island, the guys at Burnt Hill are crafting vodka with pristine New Zealand spring water and sustainably sourced sugarcane. The byproduct of the sugarcane is then used to fuel the refining process. It is distilled 8 times and then filtered through a unique lava rock filter.
