Dried fruit, roasted walnut, toffee, with hints of orange peel and spice, there’s an amazing depth and complexity of flavour to this Oloroso sherry. With a broad, textured and powerful palate, it finishes just close to dry. Palamino grapes were harvested, fermented and aged in a solera system of American oak for at least 12 years.
