We love that this is richly flavoured, all apricots, peach, orange rind, pineapple and ginger, but it's super dry with a rindy grip. Albana, a thick skinned variety that's native to Emilia Romagna, is organically grown on the calcareous clay soils at Tre Monti and fermented in stainless steel. 

Sergio and Thea Navacchia planted their first vines in Emilia Romagna in the 1970's. From the outset they've focused on exceptional quality and the use of indigenous varieties. Today, Tre Monti is run by Sergio and Thea's 3 sons. Their lively, generously flavoured wines are some of the best in Emilia Romagna, a region known for its incredible food and wine culture.
