You're right, Pecorino is indeed an Italian sheep's cheese, but it's also a native Italian grape variety, grown mainly in Abuzzo on the east coast of Italy. Introduce yourself to it with this superb example. It's racy and dry, with gentle fruit aromatics and an underlying wet rock minerality.
