Produttori di Manduria is the oldest cooperative in Puglia, established in 1928. Their members are a group of 400 small growers, each on average with 2.25 hectares. The region is the birthplace of Primitivo, which is very much the focus of this cooperative, along with other native southern Italian varieties.
