The legendary whisky producer Kilchoman has released this rare liqueur which is made up of local blackberries macerated in malt whisky.

Naturally sweet and smoky, with a sweet uplift of blackberries. Great at the end of the night over ice or a great way to finesse the summer cocktail classic, the bramble.  

Kilchoman are a true farm to bottle distillery, handling every stage of the whisky production process themselves, from growing, harvesting, malting, fermentation and distillation to maturation and bottling.
