A classic, stately style of Chablis. There’s flavours of white fleshed fruits, citrus and that mineral, oyster shell note that we love. It’s taut, fresh and beautifully defined. The fruit comes from 15 hectares of estate owned vineyards on limestone soils. 

Jean Collet inherited these vineyards and in 1952 made the decision to start his own domaine, rather than sell the fruit. The estate is now in the hands of his son, Gilles with Dominique, his wife and Romain, his son. Their 37 hectares are set on north facing sites of village, premier cru and grand cru vineyards, all managed organically.
