From the south east facing Montmain Premier Cru vineyard, this is powerful Chablis. With serious depth of flavour - ripe stone fruit, smoke and iodine - its aged in both oak and stainless steel. The vineyards were planted in 1971 by Romain and Damien's grandfather and are certified organic. 

Another of the exciting new domaines in Chablis, Romain and Damien Bouchard’s family have been in Chablis for generations. Having sold their family negociant business, their father kept 39 hectares and established a cellar in the village of Chablis. The vineyards are certified organic and cropped at low levels to ensure full ripeness without chaptalisation.
