Milk bottle lollies with citrus and pepper spice on the nose and a full bodied palate that offers vanilla and grapefruit flavours. This is an excellent rum for daiquiris.
Circumstantial Rum is made by slowly fermenting South American molasses with mead yeast, then distillation is followed by a short maturation in first fill ex-bourbon casks. It’s bottled at 45% ABV free of any additions.
Circumstance Distillery is the new project by the innovative team at Psychopomp Micro Distillery. Set up in the heart of Bristol to produce rum and grain spirits.
