Bayside Rum Three Moon's Rum 700ml


Bayside Rum's first release 'Three Moon's' is a punchy modern rum that upholds the highest traditional production standards while being original and true to where it's from. A Kumara fermentation starter is used to start the ferment of 100% Blackstrap molasses which is distilled twice in a pot still and matured in old Pinot Noir barrels for three months. 

Three Moons is especially great for all those long summer drinks like Dark and Stormy's, Rum and grapefruit soda's but also can be flexed when making a rum old fashioned or rum sour.
