Amoise Syrah 2023
Syrah with character, this has lifted, bright red berried fruit and florals, with a brambly edge. It's supple to taste with chalky tannin on the finish. Amy has outdone herself here, and as usual, quality comes in the form of lots of vineyard work - just one bunch per shoot was harvested. Fermented on skins for 7 days, it's bottled without fining, filtration or additions.
