Au Frais (as in "to chill") is all about vibrancy and freshness, with its aromatics of red fruits and pomegranate, and its crunchy, juicy palate. Gamay and Pinot Noir, lovingly grown in Hawkes Bay's Two Terraces vineyard, were gently carbonic macerated in a nod to Beaujolais. We love it served chilled as the name suggests.

They offer immediate drinking pleasure, with plenty to contemplate in the glass.
