When will I receive my box?
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
If you order your first box between the 1st and the 20th of the month, you will receive that month’s box within 1 to 3 days.
If you order your first box after the 20th, you will receive it at the start of the next month. For example, if you subscribe on the 23rd of October, you will receive your first box at the start of November.
Your second and ongoing boxes will be shipped to you in the first 7 days of every month.
QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION
If you order your first box between the 1st and the 20th of the month, you will receive it within 1 to 3 days. This month of your first order, is the first of your quarterly subscription cycle. For example, if you order on the 10th of January, you will receive your first box within 1 to 3 days, and your next box at the start of April.
If you order your first box after the 20th, you will receive it at the start of the next month. This next month will be the first of your quarterly subscription cycle. For example, if you order on the 23rd of January, you will receive your first box at the start of February, and your next box at the start of May.
When will I be charged for my box?
You will be charged for your first box on the date that you subscribe. From then on, you will be charged on the 1st of every month (monthly subscriptions), or on the 1st month of every quarter (quarterly subscriptions).
Can I change my address?
Of course! If you’re going to be away at the time your box is shipped or have moved address, get in touch with us directly at hello@bythebottle.co.nz to arrange a permanent or temporary change.
Can I pause or cancel my box?
Yes! You can manage your subscription by contacting us anytime at hello@bythebottle.co.nz
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! You can gift either a one-off subscription box, or a monthly or quarterly box. If you need assistance please get in contact with us at hello@bythebottle.co.nz
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included New Zealand wide with your subscription.
Can I request specific wines in my box?
Not at this stage however we curate bespoke boxes for customers on request. Get in touch with us directly at hello@bythebottle.co.nz to discuss what we can put together to suit your taste.
