This is energetic, racy dry Riesling from Central Otago that will put a spring in your step. The aromatics are pretty and floral, and the palate is citrus led with a chalky finish. Hand harvested fruit was whole bunch pressed, wild yeast fermented, and aged on lees. 

Lucie and Brook Lawrence lovingly and organically farm 1.5 hectares in Lowburn, across the road from Burn Cottage in Central Otago. Having run Aurum Estate previously they’re well entrenched in the region. The small size of the vineyard allows them a truly hands on approach.
