This is charming white wine made from Pinot Noir. Known as Blanc de Noirs, the gentle pressing and avoidance of skin contact of red varieties can indeed produce delicious white wine. It’s demonstrated so well here, with its nectarine and peach aromatics, gentle texture and general forward, friendliness.
