Punching above it’s weight in the pleasure to price ratio, this is bright fruited, dry white wine from the south west of France. Forward in white peach, citrus, fennel and floral aromatics, with fleshy and crisp. It’s blend of the usual suspects from that part of the world - Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier and Vermentino. 

Calmel and Joseph focus on producing the varieties native to Languedoc, in France’s south west. They grow, vinify, blend and age wines from their own estate and growers from further afield around the region. Laurent Calmel is an oenologist, and he and Jérôme Joseph established their successful estate in 1995.
